Job Description:Infinity Auto Technical Services is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller (Inbound) to handle incoming calls from clients regarding our automotive services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a basic understanding of automotive service processes (training will be provided if needed).

• Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional manner.
• Provide information about services such as car repair, maintenance, diagnostics, etc.
• Book service appointments and manage scheduling efficiently.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Record details of inquiries, feedback, or complaints in the system.
• Coordinate with the operations and workshop teams for follow-ups.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate service.
