Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our interior design team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our interior design services, and generating leads or sales appointments for the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote interior design services (home interiors, modular kitchens, office interiors, etc.)

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads

Explain design packages, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly to clients

Schedule appointments for designers/site visits

Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)

Follow up with leads to close sales or move them further in the pipeline

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Basic understanding of interior design services (training can be provided)

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills

Comfortable with calling, pitching, and follow-ups

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Qualifications:

Graduate or equivalent (any field)

0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (interior or real estate industry is a plus)
