Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving targets. The candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of real estate services.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
• Generate and qualify leads for real estate projects (residential/commercial).
• Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers to clients.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets.
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate industry (preferred).
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
• Proficiency in Hindi & basic English (local language is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Qualifications: Minimum Graduate preferred.
• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage.
