Job Title

Telecaller – Healthcare Diagnostics

Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (Onsite – Office Based)

Working Days & Time : 6 Days | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Candidate Profile

Female candidate only

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Prior experience of 2-4 years
• Prior telecalling experience preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to doctors, clinics, and other healthcare professionals
• Explain GoodHealth21 Diagnostics services clearly and confidently
• Handle incoming B2C calls from patients and general enquiries
• Inform callers about diagnostic tests, preparation, pricing, and booking process
• Generate and follow up on leads shared by the marketing team
• Maintain basic call records and customer details
• Coordinate with internal team for appointments and confirmations

Skills Required

• Clear and confident phone etiquette
• Ability to explain services in a simple, patient-friendly manner
• Basic computer and WhatsApp usage
• Willingness to learn healthcare-related information
