Job Title: Insurance Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Insurance Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers, explain insurance products, and generate leads or close sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)

Explain product features, benefits, and policy terms clearly

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for sales closure

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and responses

Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets

Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language]

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling software)

Ability to convince and negotiate with customers

Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset

Prior experience in telecalling or insurance sales is an advantage

Preferred Experience

0–3 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, or insurance sales

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
