Job Description – Telesales Executive

Location: Noida Extension
Role Overview:
The Telesales Executive will support the sales function through sales coordination and channel partner network onboarding and management.
This role is focused on follow-ups, partner engagement, and keeping the sales pipeline active and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities and follow-ups with channel partners.
- Onboard new channel partners and maintain partner relationships.
- Manage daily communication with channel partners over calls and WhatsApp.
- Share inventory updates, offers, and process information with partners.
- Track partner activity, lead movement, and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team with documentation and coordination tasks.
- Requirements 1–2 years of experience in telesales or real estate coordination.
- Prior exposure to real estate or broker handling is preferred.
- Strong calling, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with CRMs and basic reporting.
- Clear communication skills in Hindi and English.
