Job Description – Telesales Executive

Role Overview:

The Telesales Executive will support the sales function through sales coordination and channel partner network onboarding and management.

This role is focused on follow-ups, partner engagement, and keeping the sales pipeline active and organized.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities and follow-ups with channel partners.
  • Onboard new channel partners and maintain partner relationships.
  • Manage daily communication with channel partners over calls and WhatsApp.
  • Share inventory updates, offers, and process information with partners.
  • Track partner activity, lead movement, and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales team with documentation and coordination tasks.
  • Requirements 1–2 years of experience in telesales or real estate coordination.
  • Prior exposure to real estate or broker handling is preferred.
  • Strong calling, follow-up, and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and basic reporting.
  • Clear communication skills in Hindi and English.
