Responsibilities:

1.   Lead a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

2.   Provide guidance, support, and coaching to telecallers to improve their performance and productivity.

3.   Monitor telecallers' calls to ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.

4.   Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to telecallers.

5.   Develop and implement strategies to motivate the team and boost sales productivity.

6.   Collaborate with the sales management team to develop sales plans and strategies.

7.   Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

8.   Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

1.   Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a sales environment, preferably in the insurance industry.

2.   Excellent leadership and motivational skills.

3.   Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

4.   Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

5.   Sound knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.

6.   Proficiency in using Apna App or similar platforms for recruitment and team management.

7.   Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
