About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who can effectively communicate with clients, explain our products, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clients ko call karke company ke products ke baare me explain karna

• Product ke features, benefits aur usage ko simple aur clear language me samjhana

• Interested clients ke saath appointments book karna

• Daily calling targets achieve karna

• Customer queries ko politely handle karna

• Follow-up calls karna and maintain call records

• Sales team ke saath coordination karna

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

• Confident and polite phone etiquette

• Telecalling / telesales ka experience ho to plus point

• Basic computer knowledge (calling software, CRM entry, etc.)

• Goal-oriented and positive attitude
