Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Person to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Negotiate deals and handle customer objections professionally
• Collaborate with the marketing and support teams

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory)
