Job Description
We are looking for a persuasive and high-energy Telecaller to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, briefing them on our Farm House Land projects, and scheduling site visits for our field sales team. A successful candidate will be a great communicator who can handle rejection with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Call prospects from provided databases (inbound inquiries, property portals, and cold leads).
Project Briefing: Clearly explain project USPs, including location advantages, amenities and pricing
Appointment Setting: Convince interested leads to visit the site and coordinate with the Sales Managers for a smooth handover.
Follow-ups: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with "warm" leads who haven't committed to a visit yet.
Database Management: Accurately update the Ms Excel / CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software with call statuses and customer notes.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor projects and general real estate market trends to answer customer queries effectively.
Basic knowledge of computers & MS Office.
Freshers are also welcome – training will be provided.
