🔹 About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads/sales for EV charger installations and electrical services.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company services (EV charger installation, electrical services, etc.)
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
• Coordinate with the operations team for site visits and closures
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• 🔹 RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic understanding of sales process
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools
• Prior telesales experience is a plus (freshers can also apply)
• 🔹 Skills RequiredStrong convincing and negotiation skills
• Customer handling ability
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)
