Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive who will handle inbound leads provided by the company. The role involves understanding customer travel requirements, suggesting suitable tour packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up on leads provided by the company (no cold calling required)

Understand customer travel needs, preferences, and budget

Explain tour packages (Domestic & International) clearly to customers

Customize packages as per customer requirements

Handle queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email

Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets

Maintain proper follow-up and customer relationship

Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking process

Requirements

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Basic knowledge of travel destinations (Manali, Uttarakhand, Goa, etc. preferred)

Sales mindset with convincing ability

Comfortable with calling and handling customers

Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM)
