Telesales Executive

We are a fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in performance-driven solutions such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, and Website Development. We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and help bring in new clients while nurturing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online research.
• Present and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Branding, etc.) to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized marketing solutions.
• Follow up on leads, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or service-based industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and their benefits.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Good command of English and local language.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM tools or sales automation systems.
• Knowledge of lead generation techniques and digital marketing trends.
