- 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Duties
- 📞 Calling & Lead Handling Make outbound calls to schools, academies, dealers, corporates, and institutions
- Handle incoming enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, and references
- Understand customer requirements (uniform type, quantity, size range, delivery timeline)
- 🧵 Product Explanation:
- Explain ESSAY SPORTS products:
- School uniforms
- Sports kits & T-shirts
- Hosiery fabrics
- Customised branding & logo embroidery
- Clearly communicate:
- Fabric quality
- Durability
- Pricing range
- Delivery timelines
- 💬 Follow-ups & Closures Share quotations with customers via WhatsApp / Email
- Regular follow-up with schools and buyers till order confirmation
- Convince customers on quality, price, and reliability
- Coordinate with internal team for sampling & approvals
- 📊 CRM & Reporting Maintain daily call records and lead status
- Update customer details in register / Excel / CRM
- Submit daily & weekly sales reports
- Track converted orders and pending follow-ups
- 🤝 Customer Relationship long-term relationships with schools & dealers
- Ensure polite, professional, and confident communication
- Handle basic customer queries and complaints professionally
- 🧠 Required Skills & QualitiesGood communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Confident phone conversation skills
- Sales mindset with persuasion ability
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, calling apps
- Patience and follow-up discipline
- Ability to handle pressure during peak school season
- 🎓 Preferred BackgroundExperience in uniform/garments / textile / B2B sales is a plus
