Tender Executive

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing tender documents and understanding project requirements.
• Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Preparing and submitting tender proposals within specified deadlines.
• Ensuring all tender documents are accurate and comply with regulations.
• Following up on submitted tenders and addressing any clarifications or additional information requests.
• Researching and identifying new tender opportunities in the market.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Managing tender databases and documentation for future reference.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in tender management.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of tender evaluation criteria and compliance standards.
• Experience in the marketing, Tool Industry, or sales industry is a plus.
