Trainee Engineer

We are developing a new generation of modular cottages designed for rapid deployment using prefabricated structural systems. The cottages are manufactured in a controlled factory environment and assembled on-site with precision engineering.The organization is building a professional installation and manufacturing system that emphasizes engineering discipline, safety, clean execution, and high-quality finishing.Role OverviewWe are looking for proactive engineers who are comfortable working across both factory production and on-site installations. The role requires hands-on involvement in assembling modular structures and coordinating installation activities while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.Engineers will work with multiple construction materials including steel structures, wood systems, insulated panels, and finishing components.Key Responsibilities• Supervise fabrication and assembly of modular structures in the factory• Assist in installation of prefabricated cottages at project sites• Work with materials including steel frames, wood components, wall panels, and structural hardware• Implement and follow defined installation SOPs and quality standards• Verify site readiness including foundation layout, levels, and structural alignment• Coordinate installation activities and ensure proper use of tools and equipment• Maintain an organized and disciplined work environment on site and in the factory• Support logistics, material handling, and installation planning• Identify and resolve technical issues during fabrication and installation• Ensure safety compliance and professional site conductCandidate Profile• Diploma / Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering• 0–5 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong practical interest may apply)• Comfortable working in both factory and field environments• Willing to travel and stay at project sites when required• Practical mindset and strong problem-solving ability• Ability to follow structured processes and maintain work discipline• Organized, proactive, and responsible work attitudeWhat We Offer• Opportunity to work on innovative modular construction systems• Exposure to factory manufacturing and site deployment• Fast learning across multiple building materials and technologies• Strong career growth as modular projects scaleIndustryWholesale Import and ExportEmployment TypeFull-time
