Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

Job Summary
Trip Trek Holiday is looking for a dynamic Travel & Sales Executive to join our Greater Noida office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel inquiries, designing customized itineraries, and closing sales for domestic and international tour packages. This role requires a mix of sales grit, customer empathy, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Management: Promptly respond to inquiries coming through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Package Consulting: Expertly explain tour packages (specializing in Char Dham, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Kashmir, etc.) and customize them based on client needs.
- Conversion & Booking: Follow up with potential leads to convert them into confirmed bookings and meet monthly sales targets.
- Operations & Coordination: Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and ground operators to ensure all travel arrangements are seamless.
- Client Relationship: Act as a dedicated point of contact for travelers during their trips to resolve any issues and ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and payments in CRM, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Graduate (any stream) preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Travel Sales or general Sales. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for travel may be considered.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi; good command over English is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word, and WhatsApp Business.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and convincing skills, ability to handle pressure, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Availability: Must be able to work from our office at Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida.
