Tele Caller Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Making Calls:
- Contact potential or existing customers to offer products or services.
- Introduce and explain company offerings in a clear and convincing manner.
- Answer questions and address concerns from customers.
- Handling Calls:
- Respond to incoming calls and provide necessary information or resolve issues.
- Assist customers with product/service inquiries, complaints, or technical support.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide personalized customer service to foster trust and loyalty.
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify potential leads and qualify them based on specific criteria.
- Maintain detailed records of calls made, feedback received, and outcomes.
- Sales and Upselling:
- Promote company products/services to drive sales or increase customer engagement.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products based on customer needs and interest.
- Data Entry and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports to management.
- Follow-Up Calls:
- Follow up on previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction or to complete transactions.
- Problem Solving:
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to higher management when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
