Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Making Calls:
• Contact potential or existing customers to offer products or services.
• Introduce and explain company offerings in a clear and convincing manner.
• Answer questions and address concerns from customers.
• Handling Calls:
• Respond to incoming calls and provide necessary information or resolve issues.
• Assist customers with product/service inquiries, complaints, or technical support.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide personalized customer service to foster trust and loyalty.
• Lead Generation and Qualification:
• Identify potential leads and qualify them based on specific criteria.
• Maintain detailed records of calls made, feedback received, and outcomes.
• Sales and Upselling:
• Promote company products/services to drive sales or increase customer engagement.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional products based on customer needs and interest.
• Data Entry and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports to management.
• Follow-Up Calls:
• Follow up on previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction or to complete transactions.
• Problem Solving:
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to higher management when necessary.
