Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

• Key Responsibilities
• Consult with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, car rentals, and other travel services
• Provide information on travel regulations, visa requirements, insurance, and safety guidelines
• Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements are accurate
• Handle travel changes, cancellations, and customer inquiries
• Maintain relationships with vendors, airlines, and hotels
• Achieve sales targets and promote travel packages and upgrades
• Process payments and maintain accurate records

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
• Familiarity with booking systems (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
