We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating personalized travel itineraries, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional travel planning experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
• Design and present tailor-made domestic and international travel packages
• Make bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and other travel services
• Handle visa assistance and travel insurance documentation when required
• Maintain client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm travel arrangements
• Manage group tours, club assemblies, and corporate travel plans
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments
• Address customer issues or complaints with professionalism and care

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a customer-facing travel role
• Good knowledge of popular travel destinations, visas, and booking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and travel booking platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
