Job Description
- Plan and design customized domestic and international travel itineraries based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with customers to understand travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and relationship building.
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers, and activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates.
- Provide pre-trip assistance and ensure all travel documents and bookings are in place.
- Stay in touch with customers during their trip to address queries and ensure a smooth experience.
- Manage post-trip follow-ups to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
- Liaise with vendors, airlines, and service providers for best deals and seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and operational processes.
