Travel Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and providing the best travel solutions to clients. The role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, destination knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
• Prepare customized domestic and international tour packages.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and other travel partners.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel policies.
• Maintain customer database and update inquiry records regularly.
• Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction.
