Job Title: Study Abroad Education Counsellor

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Study Abroad Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students aspiring to study in the UK, Europe, and Schengen countries, assisting them throughout their admission and visa journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study abroad options in UK, Europe, and Schengen countries based on their profiles, interests, and academic goals.
• Guide students through the complete admission and visa process, including document verification, SOP guidance, and application submission.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities/institutions.
• Follow up on leads generated through Google Ads, walk-ins, inquiries, and referrals to ensure timely conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, university deadlines, courses, and intakes.
• Work towards achieving monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Represent the company in education fairs, seminars, and student meets to promote our study abroad programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or Communication preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Study Abroad or Education Counsellor.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong understanding of study visa processes (Schengen, UK, and Europe preferred).
• Friendly, confident, and professional attitude with a passion for student success.
