Job Description
We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator experienced in operating Vertical Machining Centers with Fanuc controller. The candidate should be able to independently run production jobs with minimal supervision.
- Responsibilities - Operate VMC machines with Fanuc controller
- Load and run CNC programs
- Perform tool setting and tool offset adjustments
- Understand basic G-code / M-code
- Inspect parts using vernier, micrometer, height gauge
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Ensure dimensional accuracy as per drawing
📋 Requirements
Experience: 2–6 years in VMC machining
- Experience with Fanuc controller preferred
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Knowledge of cutting tools and offsets
- Experience in production machining
- 🎓 QualificationITI / Diploma in Mechanical / CNC machining preferred
💰 Salary₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
