• Develop advanced toolpaths:

• Rest machining
• High-speed machining (HSM)
• Optimize feeds, speeds, step-over, and step-down for:

• Accuracy
• Tool life
• Cycle time reduction
• 2. Drawing & Model InterpretationRead and interpret:
• 
  
• 2D engineering drawings
• 3D CAD models (STEP / IGES / Parasolid)
• Understand GD&T and tolerance-critical features
• Apply DFM logic while programming
• 3. Simulation & Prove-OutRun full PowerMILL simulation to:
• 
  
• Detect collisions
• Validate toolpaths
• Verify machining sequence
• Support machine prove-out and first-off approval
• Make on-the-spot program corrections if required
• 4. VMC Setup & Shop-Floor SupportAssist in:

• Fixture planning
• Tool selection & tool list preparation
• Work offset & tool offset setting
• Support operators during:

• Batch production
• Troubleshooting
• 5. Quality & Inspection SupportEnsure components meet:
