Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day inventory and order fulfillment for our e-commerce brand. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders from Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms are packed accurately and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Pick, pack, and label daily orders for Amazon (FBA/Easy Ship), Flipkart, and Meesho.

Inventory Management: Keep a real-time track of stock levels (Home, Kitchen, and Gifting items) and report low stock.

Quality Check: Inspect products (especially fragile handicrafts or chess sets) for damages before packing.

Returns Handling: Manage RTO (Return to Origin) shipments and update the system accordingly.

Documentation: Maintain inward and outward registers and handle basic GST-related paperwork.

Requirements

Experience: 0-2 years in a warehouse or e-commerce role (Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a huge plus).

Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and smartphone apps.

Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.

Attributes: Punctual, honest, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Language: Basic English (reading labels/addresses) and fluent Hindi.
