Warehouse Operations Executive – Spare Parts

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Operations Executive for the Spare Parts Vertical is responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the warehouse dedicated to spare parts inventory. This role involves managing the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of spare parts to meet customer and operational needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a sound understanding of warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities related to spare parts inventory.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of spare parts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor spare parts inventory levels, ensuring stock is accurately tracked and replenished.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment:

• Oversee the picking and packing process for spare parts to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Ensure all orders are processed efficiently, meeting customer deadlines and expectations.
