• AC High Voltage Test (Room Temperature)
• AC High Voltage Test (Water Immersion)
• DC High Voltage Test (Water Immersion)
• Annealing Test
• Cold Bend Test
• Cold Impact Test
• Elongation At Break Test
• Flammability Test
• Heat Shock Test
• Hot Deformation Test
• Loss of Mass Test
• Oxygen Index Test
• Temperature Index Test
• Shrinkage Test
• Tensile Strength Test
• Halogen Acid Gas Evaluation Test (HCL Test)
• Overall Dimension and Thickness of Insulation / Sheath
• Smoke Density Test
• Thermal Ageing Test
• Quality and Test records Documentation
• Non-conformities and CAPA Documentation
• BIS / NABL / ISO compliance expertise and documentation

Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (in Electrical)

Experience: 5–7 years experience in testting electrical wire & cable

Knowledge: IS 10810 Test Methods, IS 694, NABL, BIS, testing in laboratory
