JD FOR ZSM (Zonal Sales Manager):-

Mars Car Care Services (P) Ltd an authorized distributor of 3M is a young company of professionals that has rapidly expanded across North India from last 15 years. Today, we are a family of 500 members, all are professionally equipped in their respective departments. To ensure the quality of the members we make it a point to enroll each one of them for ESI and provident fund

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve zonal sales volume, revenue, and market share targets.
• Manage and grow dealer / distributor network across the zone.
• Drive retail sales, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor dealer performance, inventory, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales team and supervisors also.
• Analyz market trends, competition, and sales performance.
• Ensure implementation of company policies and brand standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience as ZSM (Zonal service Manager)
• Strong exposure to dealer network management.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic planning and execution skills.
• Data-driven decision-making
