Responsibilities:

• Your Role Assist in daily operations.
• Supervise service and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Maintain top standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest service.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and team schedules.
• Support staff training and motivate the team for high performance.
• Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for Goan cuisine and excellence in service.
