Job Description – CAFÉ STAFF Job Purpose: Mumbai Chai Cafe follows a team-based work culture with no role segregation. All team members work together to support daily café operations, including counter service, food preparation, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:• Food & Beverage: Preparing items (assembly-based) and handling basic processes like frying, boiling, and heating.

• Customer Service: Serving customers at the counter with a positive attitude.

• Check daily stock, wastage, and verify consumption vs. sales.

• Billing: Managing cash and digital payment transactions accurately.

• Sales: Actively upselling products to increase café revenue.

• Hygiene: Maintaining the cleanliness of the café and the workstation.

• Teamwork: Supporting fellow crew members in all café-related tasks.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:• Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Lower qualification acceptable for right candidates).

• Language: Ability to read and understand basic English

• Communication: Confident interaction with customers.

• Attitude: Willingness to multitask, learn, and work in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE & GENDER:• Experience: Fresher’s are welcome. Prior experience in a café or food outlet is an advantage.

SALARY & BENEFITS:• Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000
