Job Description
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12 hours)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals for staff members on a daily basis
- Take and manage guest food orders efficiently
- Cook a variety of Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
- Prepare Goan cuisine
- Cook South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, and upma
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow proper hygiene practices at all times
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations
Rules & Expectations:
- Strict adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Must be punctual and disciplined
- No sudden leaves allowed
- Leave is not permitted from Friday to Monday, unless in case of a valid medical emergency
Requirements:
- Experience in Indian and Goan cooking
- Knowledge of South Indian breakfast items
- Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills for handling guest orders
