Job Description

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12 hours)

Working Days: 6 days a week


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meals for staff members on a daily basis
  • Take and manage guest food orders efficiently
  • Cook a variety of Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
  • Prepare Goan cuisine
  • Cook South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, and upma
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow proper hygiene practices at all times
  • Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations

Rules & Expectations:

  • Strict adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Must be punctual and disciplined
  • No sudden leaves allowed
  • Leave is not permitted from Friday to Monday, unless in case of a valid medical emergency

Requirements:

  • Experience in Indian and Goan cooking
  • Knowledge of South Indian breakfast items
  • Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills for handling guest orders
