Civil Site Engineer

Core Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project Execution and Supervision: Overseeing daily site activities, allocating work to teams, ensuring compliance with structural designs, and handling technical challenges.
• Technical Support & Surveying: Setting out the site, checking lines and levels, interpreting structural drawings, and ensuring accurate measurements.
• Quality Control and Safety: Monitoring quality check tests, checking reinforcement/steelwork before concrete placement, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring structural integrity.
• Planning and Progress Monitoring: Developing daily/weekly schedules, monitoring progress against targets, and reporting to senior management.
• Resource Management: Ensuring materials, machinery, and equipment are available to prevent delays.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining site diaries, preparing progress reports, and tracking expenses.

Key Skills for Site Engineers:
