Cook / Chef

The Home Chef will be responsible for preparing fresh, hygienic, and nutritious meals for the household as per preferences. The role includes meal planning, kitchen management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.

• 6. Duties & ResponsibilitiesCooking & Meal PreparationPrepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as per requirement
• Cook a variety of dishes including veg/non-veg (as applicable)
• Customize food based on dietary needs (low oil, diabetic, Jain, etc.)
• Ensure taste, quality, and presentation of food
• Meal PlanningPlan weekly or daily menus in consultation with the employer
• Introduce variety in meals while maintaining preferences
• Kitchen ManagementMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Ensure proper storage of food items
• Monitor stock of groceries and kitchen supplies
• Assist in preparing grocery lists
• Health & HygieneFollow proper hygiene and food safety standards
• Ensure all utensils and cooking areas are clean and sanitized
• CoordinationCoordinate with household members for meal timings
• Work efficiently within defined schedules
• 7. Eligibility CriteriaProven experience as a Home Chef / Cook / Personal Chef
• Knowledge of multiple cuisines (preferred)
• Ability to cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes (if required)
• Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy cooking
