📋 Operational Manual FormatPosition Title: Assistant Cook (Female)

Reports To: Head Chef / Sous Chef

Department: Kitchen Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and cooking of Goan and continental dishes under supervision.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Prepare mise en place (ingredients, garnishes, sauces) before service.
• Support head chef during peak service hours with plating and garnishing.
• Collaborate with service staff for smooth kitchen-to-table coordination.
• Uphold brand standards in presentation, taste, and guest experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of Goan cuisine and regional authenticity.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Discipline in following recipes and operational checklists.
