Purchase Manager

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Officer to manage procurement for our hospitality operations.

Responsibilities:

* Purchase food, beverages & bar supplies

* Vendor sourcing & price negotiations

* Inventory coordination with kitchen & bar

* Maintain purchase records and invoices

* Ensure timely delivery of supplies

Requirements:

* Experience in hospitality / restaurant / club purchasing preferred

* Good negotiation and vendor management skills

* Basic knowledge of inventory & Excel

* Organized and responsible
