Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, team management, and logistics services. This role involves overseeing the branch’s day-to-day activities, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:  Manage overall branch operations, ensuring smooth execution of logistics services (transportation, warehousing, delivery, etc.).  Drive business development and sales initiatives to achieve branch revenue and profitability targets.  Lead and manage a team of sales executives, operations staff, and support personnel.  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to expand business opportunities.  Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service quality, reduce operational costs, and increase efficiency.  Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, preparing reports for regional or senior management.  Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.  Coordinate with internal teams (such as dispatch, customer service, and finance) to ensure timely service delivery.  Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction.  Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.  4 to 6 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a strong focus on sales and team leadership.  Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a high-performing team.  Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation planning, and supply chain processes.  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.  Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software (TMS/WMS preferred).  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
