Store Manager

Location: Caranzalem Goa

Reports To: Owner

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily cafe operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, control costs, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

l Manage day-to-day cafe operations smoothly

l Supervise, train, and motivate cafe staff

l Ensure high standards of customer service and hygiene

l Handle opening and closing of the store

l Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination

l Control food cost, wastage, and expenses

l Monitor sales, prepare daily/weekly reports

l Resolve customer complaints professionally

l Ensure compliance with company policies and FSSAI norms

l Implement promotions and upselling strategies

l Plan, develop, and execute sales growth strategies to increase daily sales, average bill value, and repeat customers

Requirements & Skills:

l Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in café / restaurant management

l Strong leadership and team-handling skills

l Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Excel

l Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred)

l Ability to work in shifts, weekends & holidays

l Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
