Telemarketing Executive - UK Shift (B2B Cold Calling)

Shift: Fixed Shift I Monday to Friday I 01:00 - 10:00 PM IST

Weekends: Off

We are currently expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Telemarketing Executives for our Goa Office.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B cold calls to UK business customers to discuss their utility needs.

Generate leads.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service.

Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system.

Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Passion for talking to UK customers and building relationships.

Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Willingness to work in a fixed UK shift ( 01-10 Pm IST ),

Commitment to long-term employment with our company.
