Job Description


  •  Key Responsibilities1. Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Perform regular inventory counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure correct labeling, storage, and rotation of products (FIFO/FEFO if applicable).
  • 2. Order Processing & FulfillmentCoordinate picking, packing, and shipping of customer or production orders.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, and required paperwork.
  • 3. Warehouse OperationsOversee receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming goods.
  • Organize warehouse layout and optimize space utilization.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • 4. Coordination & CommunicationCollaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams.
  • Communicate delivery schedules, delays, or inventory issues.
  • Liaise with transport carriers and vendors to resolve shipping concerns.
  • 5. Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and warehouse transactions.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on inventory, order status, and warehouse activities.
  • Track KPIs (order accuracy, picking performance, stock variances, etc.).
  • 6. Compliance & SafetyEnforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners).
  • Support audits and implement corrective actions.
  • QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Diploma/degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software preferred.
  • SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move items (typically 15–30 kg, depending on role).
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Working ConditionsWarehouse environment; may involve shift work or overtime as needed.
