ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :  Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the Patients’ entry into the Clinic, to their exit.  Interact with & Counsel Patients.  Handle Patient’s grievances/Complaints/Issues, and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.  Create, Maintain & Update Patient’s Database on a regulaur basis.  Efficient Management of Front Desk.  Multitask to ensure smooth Clinic Functioning.  Handle inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person.  Responsible for doing outbound calls (Bundle Calling) to the clients as per the instructions / targets allotted.  Responsible for Product Explanation and Upselling & Cross Selling.  Responsible for Feedback, Review and Reference Collection.  Responsible for Bill making.  Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standrads of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep the clinic.
