Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients Cook menu items in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high-quality standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients Follow recipes and plating instructions accurately and consistently Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is properly presented Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and tools Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager Requirements: Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a busy kitchen Knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes for various cuisines Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and plating instructions accurately Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed We offer opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
