Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with the production, sales, and warehouse teams for timely dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and loading of materials.
- Schedule and follow up with transporters and logistics partners.
- Track dispatched materials and update delivery status.
- Maintain dispatch records and stock movement details.
- Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dispatch procedures.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / 12th pass (preferred).
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and e-way bills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP preferred).
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Preferred Candidate:Organized and detail-oriented
- Good follow-up skills
- Team player with a responsible attitude
