Factory Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing workers, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient factory environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations
• Manage production schedules and ensure targets are met
• Monitor worker performance and provide guidance/training
• Ensure quality control standards are followed
• Maintain safety rules and factory discipline
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and dispatch teams
• Handle machine issues and report major breakdowns
• Maintain production records and reports
• Reduce wastage and improve productivity
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in factory or manufacturing supervision
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of machines and production processes
• Ability to solve problems quickly
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/reporting preferred)
• Experience:2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/factory environment (preferred)
• Working Conditions:Factory floor environment
