Plant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintenance & Reliability: Oversee, install, and maintain plant machinery, including HVAC, boilers, and conveyor systems. Develop preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Operational Improvement: Analyze, troubleshoot, and upgrade equipment to improve performance, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Project Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate installation, renovation, and construction projects.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all machinery and operations comply with local, federal, and company safety/environmental regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and optimize production processes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
