Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Handle incoming inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Explain product details, features, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales or appointments
- Coordinate with sales team / dealers for closures
- Maintain CRM records, call logs, and follow-up status
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Resolve basic customer queries and build long-term relationships
- Key Skills Required:Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English/Gujarati preferred)
- Confident on phone calls & objection handling
- Basic knowledge of sales process & customer handling
- Ability to work with targets and pressure
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email)
- Preferred Candidate:Experience in B2B telesales / machinery / industrial products
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
