Job Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive influencer onboarding in your area. Your key responsibility will be to identify and onboard local influencers, local politicians, and business owners onto the Public App as VIP influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

>Identify and approach local political figures, small and large business owners, and other regional influencers.

>Pitch the Public App and its Influencers program features effectively.

>Onboard influencers with a focus on providing them value such as blue tick verification and other promotional features.

>Ensure a minimum number of influencer onboardings per week/month.

>Maintain strong relationships and follow-ups with onboarded personalities.

>Provide regular reports and feedback from the field.

Trial Period:

The candidate will undergo a 7-day trial period to demonstrate key skills and effectiveness.

Final hiring will be based on performance during this trial.

Preferred Skills:

>Strong relationship management and networking abilities

>Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills

>Confidence and local market knowledge

>Existing contacts with local businesses and politicians are highly preferred

Preferred Experience:

> Local Ad sales and (Just Dial, Paytm & PhonPe) Field Person

>Graduation

>Minimum 2 years of local sales experience

>Experience working in the political, influencer marketing, or business networking domains
