Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Position: Accountant-cum-Office Manager

Gender: Male / Female

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Fresher with good knowledge can also apply)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Any relevant degree

Location: Gorakhpur

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20000 per month (based on skills & experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Payments)
• Handle GST, Billing, Invoices, Ledger Entries
• Manage stock & inventory records
• Oversee dispatches, courier coordination, and documentation
• Manage vendor orders, follow-ups & payments
• Maintain office records and support day-to-day office operations
• Coordinate with management for smooth workflow

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Tally / Excel / Accounting software
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Ability to manage stock and office operations
• Responsible, punctual, and well-disciplined

Job Type:

 Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
