Key Responsibilities


The core responsibility is the fulfillment of online leads and driving Broadband Gross Adds (GADs).1

  • Lead Management: Promptly contact excess online leads and set customer appointments within 15 minutes of receiving the lead.1
  • Field Sales: Conduct customer visits to pitch broadband and bundled propositions, ensuring persistent follow-up until a clear response is received.1
  • Sales Pitching: Deliver confident and articulate sales pitches by effectively comparing competitive offerings and highlighting Airtel’s advantages.1
  • Target Achievement: Expected to achieve >20% Lead-to-Activation (L2A) with 75 monthly GADs.1
  • Marketing & Referrals: Execute local marketing activities (e.g., stickering and leafleting) in targeted high-potential areas and generate customer referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.1
  • Reporting: Utilize digital tools like Airtel Work, CRM, Excel, and mobile applications for lead management and performance tracking.1
