Job Description  

Agrivis Services Private Limited is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and helping expand our market presence. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company in the agriculture sector.


Key Responsibilities:  

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities by researching potential customers in the agriculture sector, including farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring a customer-oriented approach to meet their agricultural needs.

Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement business strategies that drive revenue growth, focusing on both bulk and small-scale customers.

Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer needs to stay competitive and develop new business opportunities.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product portfolio, including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, pumps, and sustainable farming technology, in order to effectively advise clients.

Sustainability Advocacy: Promote Agrivis's commitment to sustainable farming by educating clients on environmentally friendly agricultural practices and products.

Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting, sales presentations, and negotiation.

Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree,or 12th Pass in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.

0.6-1 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the agriculture sector.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.

Good knowledge of agricultural products and services is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
